At Meow and Paw, we are committed to delivering your premium cat products as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we manage and deliver your orders.
Processing & Handling Times
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During peak periods or high-demand sales, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Times
Orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse in China or directly from our Australian warehouse, depending on product availability and size.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–14 business days after dispatch for most products.
Our cat towers may take 5–6 weeks after dispatch to arrive due to their size and fulfilment process.
Delays may occur due to high order volumes, customs clearance processes, severe weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Please note that Meow and Paw is not responsible for any delays caused by such external factors.

Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We currently only ship to mainland Australia.
Remote regions and islands are excluded due to high shipping costs. If you are unsure whether your location is eligible, please contact us prior to placing your order.
For orders weighing over 20kg, we are unable to deliver to parcel locker addresses. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout for these orders.

Tracking Information

Address Accuracy and Delivery Refusals
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Meow and Paw is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
If you refuse delivery of your order or it is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will not issue a refund or accept a return.
Refunds and Delivery Policy
Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify, cancel, or intervene in the shipment process.
Refunds cannot be issued until the product has been successfully delivered to your address and returned to us in its original condition. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please email us at support@meowandpaw.com or contact us immediately.
Meow and Paw is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
